Woman’s quick response on the road saves a father of four

The Daily Catch - J-P Mauro - published on 01/26/17

Alan Winn, was driving down the Interstate when he suddenly began recognizing the symptoms of a heart attack. His car began to swerve erratically and as he lost consciousness he had no idea that he was noticed by a concerned 3rd party.

The concerned driver followed behind Alan’s car until it rolled to a complete stop in the service lane. She had a feeling something was terribly wrong, but had no clue what it was. She listened to her gut and called 911. Not only that, the woman also got out of her car and walked up to the suspicious vehicle. There was Alan, slumped over and lifeless behind the wheel. The kindness didn’t end there: she stayed with him until paramedics arrived. Once Alan was transferred to the intensive care unit, his wife Joy rushed to his side. It was only then that his family learned of the mysterious female stranger who ultimately saved his life. However, they didn’t know her name, and she was nowhere to be found. Joy and her kids asked the police for the woman’s contact information, but they declined. So, Joy took matters into her own hands and asked the Facebook community to help identify the mystery woman.

We would like to thank the nameless “angel” who saved Alan. There were so many who would have driven passed a vehicle in distress, but you stopped and saved a life. We will pray that Alan has a speedy recovery.
