No matter what country or culture they're born into, new babies bring hope, love, and promise. In his video, produced by Fisher-Price, parents in different parts of the world were asked what they wished their newborn babies — who were born at the dawn of the new year. Some said happiness, others say love, still others say education or success in a profession. What comes through the most, however, is that parental love and hope for a new generation is universal.
