In this #ShareJesus video, SOLT sister, Sr. Miriam Heidland, challenges every Christian to consider who God is this Lent. "Lent strips us of our facades, our masks, the things that distract us from the hunger we have to encounter God." She reminds us that God often reveals himself to us through the language of beauty — in the natural world as well as in arts and culture. We can encounter God through the beauty in our lives and become more fully alive. Sister Miriam says we long for more because we're made for more and Lent can strip us of the things that are in the way of God. Jesus wants us to seek Him; ask him this Lent to fulfill the desires of your heart.
