Let’s start noticing the people around usMost of us are in a hurry, rushing through our daily lives. Glued to our electronic devices, or ear buds in our ears, it's hard to notice what's going on around us and who we are passing as we rush by. Is it really normal to ignore other human beings so much? This video of three German students surprising a homeless man by playing a song and soliciting donations for him can make us reflect on the ways we might slow down for a moment and notice who is in our midst. Sometimes just a smile or nod goes a long way. Or, if your talented like these three young people, you can always borrow a bucket and start drumming or humming a tune.
