Remember This When You Reach for the Cranberry Sauce Today (Video)

Zoe Romanowsky - published on 11/26/15

We need God—and each other

In the busyness and frenzy of everyday life, it’s easy to forget how dependent we are on God for everything—and not just on God but on each other. We can do nothing alone. As Chris Stefanick shares in this video, something as seemingly simple as the cranberry sauce at Thanksgiving required the time and skill of many, many people along the way to bring it to our tables. As we gather with loved ones over delicious food and drink this week, let us remember the way in which we all rely on each other, and all the ways God’s providential care comes to us.

And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.  —Philippians 4:19
