Fr. Fidelis Moscinski, of the Community of Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, was arrested on September 15, 2017 for praying and handing out roses at Alexandria Women’s Health Clinic, an abortion provider in Alexandria, Virginia. He was released later that day. He is working with other pro-life advocates on a mission called the Red Rose Rescue. The CFRs issued a statement later that day that can be read here.
