Servant of God Father Patrick Peyton is seen in this 1955 photo surrounded by Kenyan Catholics after a rally in the Kamba Reserve, 40 miles from Nairobi. Father Peyton, widely known as ‘The Rosary Priest,’ held over 260 rallies around the globe promoting the Rosary and family prayer to millions. Two of his famous slogans were “The Family That Prays Together Stays Together”and “A World at Prayer Is a World at Peace.”
