Almost a year after 12 people were killed when a truck plowed through a Christmas market in Berlin, police found an explosive device next to a holiday market in Potsdam, Germany.
Police conducted a controlled explosion of the device, which had been sent to a nearby pharmacy, according to a BBC report.
The attack last December, which killed 12 and injured 56, was committed by a Tunisian man, affiliated with the Islamic State.
