Outside of Rome, in the "Casa Del Divin Maestro," Pope Francis spends a week in meditation and prayer.
Pope Francis will be spending a week of “prayer and reflection” in Ariccia, in the outskirts of Rome, at the Casa del Divin Maestro, for a Lenten retreat. These Lenten Spiritual Exercises, according to information published by Vatican News, will be directed by Father José Tolentino de Mendonca, a Portuguese priest, poet and preacher, the vice-rector of the Catholic University in Lisbon and consultant for the Pontifical Council for Culture.
Yesterday, Vatican News published the video below, sharing some “behind-the-scenes” footage of Pope Francis’ retreat.
