Not to be confused with the “gifts” of the Holy Spirit, the “fruits” of the Holy Spirit are defined by The Catechism of the Catholic Church as “perfections that the Holy Spirit forms in us as the first fruits of eternal glory.”
Another way to put it is that these “fruits” are evidence of the Holy Spirit’s workings in our daily actions.
