Is prayer a selfish activity?

Prayer is much more complex than what meets the eye.

The book The Soul of the Apostolate contains within it a host of spiritual truths that provoke deep thought and prayer. Several popes have recommended it over the years. Written by French Trappist monk Dom Jean-Baptiste Chautard, the book answers many common questions about prayer and teaches a person a more holistic view of life.
