If there’s one thing the world needs today, it’s children with Down syndrome. Yes, like Chloe. Her father, Kurt, left the police department to become “the voice of those who cannot speak for themselves,” like his daughter. More than 90 percent of the children diagnosed in the womb with Down syndrome are aborted, because they’re considered useless. But the world has a desperate need of them—of their sweetness, their goodness, and their purity. Kurt’s life has become wonderful thanks to his daughter, and now, with her, he’s trying to change the law in their state. They have already won.
