When waking up in the morning, you may find the day’s events to be overwhelming at times, and you may not know how you will endure it.

The key is to remember that you are not alone, and that Jesus wants to walk with you throughout the day.

Here is a prayer that reminds you of that reality and places yourself into Jesus’ loving hands and protection.

My Jesus, bear me in your hands this day. Mary, holy Virgin, may I find shelter under your protecting mantle. And you, O heavenly Father, show me mercy, for the love of Jesus and of Mary. My Guardian Angel, and all my patron Saints, help me by your holy prayers.
