Considering the average American spends one third of their lives at work, it’s important to make sure your working environment is a positive place to be — even if it’s online. The one thing that can determine a happy working atmosphere is the boss.

While there are many articles on the internet that will list all the traits of a successful boss or supervisor geared towards performance and results, the human factor is just as important when it comes to motivated employees who produce top results.
