Bask in the sweetness of this classic performed by American servicemen and women.

One of the many wonderful things about the Christmas season is the beautiful music we get to hear. The carols not only fill us with a festive spirit, they’re also a creative way of re-telling the Christmas Story.

As usual we’ve shared some beautiful hymns recently, such as this stirring version of O Come, O Come Emmanuel, by Tommee Profitt. However, this pared back version of Silent Night by the United States Army Field Band really captures the wondrous moment of the Christ Child’s birth.

So take a moment and enjoy this performance by the talented “Musical Ambassadors of the Army,” with an arrangement made by their own Sgt. 1st Class Ian Bowling.
