Pope Francis suggested three points to get the most out of our last days of vacation.

In addressing Polish-speaking pilgrims at the end of the general audience on August 10, he expressed his wish that the time of vacation would be restful, but also “an opportunity to rekindle your bonds with God and with people.”

He suggested keeping up with three things:

Do not neglect daily prayer, participation in the Sunday Eucharist, and sharing time with others.

As a further counsel, the Holy Father suggested:

Contemplate the beauty of creation, glorifying the Creator’s love.
