Meditate on this Bible verse for sweet dreams

Let God give you his peace at night, watching over you and giving you sweet dreams.

When we lie down on our beds, often we have feelings of anxiety or restlessness, thinking about the many crosses we are carrying.

While it can be difficult to dismiss such thoughts, we can always reach out to God and ask for his help, letting him calm us down and give us sweet dreams.

Here is a Bible verse that we can mediate on, recognizing that God wants to give us his peace, as long as we are open to it.

When you lie down, you will not be afraid,
when you rest, your sleep will be sweet.

Proverbs 3:24
