Kids and parents will love this Staycation Bible School -- quality screen time that teaches Catholic values in a fun, engaging way.

I’m probably not the only mom whose kids have been getting some extra screen time this summer. It’s been too hot to play outside much of the day, and we're enjoying the relaxing downtime without schoolwork to do.

But I keep thinking it would be great to watch something my kids can actually learn from while still really enjoying it and having fun. So I was delighted to hear about the new video "vacation bible school" from Juice Box.

Juice Box offers a digital twist on the classic parochial Vacation Bible School summertime tradition with their “Staycation Bible School.”

By signing up for the five-week email series, parents will receive themed videos and activities each week on Catholic topics including the sacraments, the saints, virtuous living, prayer, and the Mass.

It starts next week, so sign up now to get the emails straight to your inbox!

Each week brings new videos and activities designed for kids ages 3-9 and their parents to enjoy together. The program focuses on teaching aspects of the Catholic faith in an engaging way.

A great fit for busy families

Traditional VBS is a lot of fun, but depending on your family’s schedule, it might not be in the cards this year. Perhaps there isn’t a VBS in your area, or you’ll be out of town the week it’s happening.

This online version eliminates those challenges. Families can watch videos when it works for their schedule, and parents can pause for discussions or replay videos their kids especially enjoyed.

Summer is a wonderful time for faith-based learning, as kids are more relaxed and open to new experiences. This program gives parents helpful tools to have meaningful conversations about faith throughout the summer and beyond.

And parents can count on quality content, knowing the team behind Juice Box knows what they're doing.

Juice Box is the number one Catholic kids YouTube channel, with more than one million subscribers. The team at Spirit Juice Studios, an Emmy Award-winning Catholic production company based in Chicago, are experts in creating beautiful content that both educates and entertains.

This Staycation Bible School offers what so many families need, with quality screen time that teaches Catholic values while keeping kids engaged and learning.
