Below is a working translation:

~

Holy Virgin, Mother of Christ our Hope,
your maternal presence in this Year of Grace
accompanies us, consoles us,
and gives us, in the dark nights of history,
the certainty that in Christ, evil is defeated,
and that every person is redeemed by his love
.

Perfect disciple of the Lord,
you have kept all the things of God in your heart.
Teach us to listen to the Word of God
and to understand it internally,
so that we may walk with confidence
on the path to holiness.

To your Immaculate Heart,
we entrust the whole world and all humanity,
especially your children tormented
by the scourge of war.

Advocate of grace,
guide us on the path of reconciliation and forgiveness.
Never fail to intercede for us,
in joy as in pain,
and obtain for us the gift of peace,
that we fervently implore.

Mother of the Church,
welcome us with kindness,
so that, under your cloak,
we find refuge
and let us be supported by your maternal help
in the trials of life.

With you, Immaculate Virgin,
we magnify the Lord,
grateful every moment for
the great works of his love.

Blessed Virgin,
Mother ascended to Heaven,
Queen of Peace,
Lady of the Immaculate Heart,
pray for us!
