This year was bound to be intense -- ordinary Jubilees only come once every quarter century, and in a whole lifetime, you can't expect to have very many of them.
Our beloved Pope Francis finished his journey and moved on to the Father's house, and then Providence dealt us quite a surprise: the election of the first US pope.
Here at Aleteia, it's been an intense year because all of the above and so much more has kept us hopping.
But it's also been a really joyous, exciting year and one that we've been able to share with you better than ever. That's because just before the conclave, we made an overhaul to our social media strategy.
We know you've noticed -- well those of you who have been around for a while. And to the thousands of you who are new to us this year -- and have come through TikTok, Instagram, and expanded YouTube and Facebook work, we welcome you!
