The Church in the Gulf Countries is divided into two vicariates, which care for more than 2 million faithful: The Vicariates of Northern Arabia (Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, with residence of the Bishop in Awali, Bahrain) and Southern Arabia (United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Yemen with the residence of the Bishop in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates).
The Southern vicariate is hosting a 24-hours for peace online initiative starting in the morning of March 6 (which will be 7 pm March 5 in New York).
