Gerard Powers
Gerard Powers is professor of the practice of Catholic peacebuilding at the Kroc Institute at the University of Notre Dame. He coordinates the Catholic Peacebuilding Network, linking scholars with Catholic leaders from war-torn countries. Powers specializes in the ethics of the use of force, the role of religion in conflict and peacebuilding, and religion, ethics and U.S. foreign policy.
