Heather MacManamy

After being diagnosed with terminal cancer, Heather decided to write a memoir called 'Cards for Brianna,' about her decision to write letters to her daughter. She lived in Wisconsin with her loving husband, Jeff, and daughter Brianna. She died in December 2015.
