Saint of the Day: St. Peter Julian Eymard

Here it is: “One-to-One”

Deacon Greg Kandra - published on 08/17/11

At long last, Catholic Near East Welfare Association (CNEWA) and its magazineONE(where I serve as Executive Editor) now has its very own blog.

Ladies and gentlemen, I’m proud to introduce you to ONE-TO-ONE.

It’s still very much a work-in-progress — among other things, we’re hoping to launch an RSS feed in the days ahead — but I think the blog has tremendous potential and will help let more people know about the great work CNEWA is undertaking around the world.  (Never heard of CNEWA?  Check out our storied history, and read about some of our many projects, too.)

We’re planning to have updates a couple times a day, so there will always be fresh material: news, pictures, links, multimedia, you name it.

So, stop by, look around, make yourself at home.   And don’t be shy: let us know what you think!

(Footnote: for those who are wondering…CNEWA is pronounced Can-NAY-wuh.  It rhymes with…well, okay, it doesn’t rhyme with anything.  But around the office, and around the world, people commonly call us “Can-NAY-wuh.”)
