Ordination update: 8 new deacons in Reno

Lucky Reno!  Details, from the Northern Nevada Catholic:

On Sept. 17, eight men were ordained at Saint Teresa of Avila Catholic Church in Carson City as permanent deacons for the Diocese of Reno by Most Rev. Randolph R. Calvo, Bishop of Reno. These men are: Joseph Bell from St. Thomas Aquinas Cathedral, Reno; Russell Bergin from St. Peter Canisius, Sun Valley; Michael Johnson from St. Teresa of Avila, Carson City; Brian Callister and David Norman from Our Lady of the Snows, Reno; Charles Lanham and Richard Ramm from St. Albert the Great, Reno; and Franklin Martinez from St. Joseph’s, Elko.
