Once again the Apostleship of Prayer, the pope’s worldwide prayer network, has produced a beautiful video urging that Christians everyone join in prayer with the pope for his monthly intentions. This time, we are called to pray for indigenous peoples. Pope Francis says, “I want to be a spokesman for the deepest longings of indigenous peoples. And I want you to add your voice to mine in a heartfelt prayer that all will respect indigenous peoples, threatened in their identity and even in their existence.”
