On New Year’s Eve in Glendale, Arizona, Holly Shae was in labor with her husband Brandon. She gave birth to two healthy baby boys, and the second emerged at 12:01am becoming the first American baby born in 2017. Thus there are now twins in the world that were born in different years!

“We’re both feeling really thankful, that these two beautiful gift from God… and we couldn’t be any happier”

It’s cute to see twins that will get their own birthdays. We can’t imagine the amount of nuggies the younger one will get on December 31st each year as his older brother proclaims himself a year older.

Congratulations to the Shaes. We wish you all the best with your happy new additions to your family.

Happy New Year!
