Meet Walter, just about the cutest little pup ever. He was born deaf and adopted by a little girl named Julia who was also born deaf. Together they make an adorable, inseparable pair who teach each other more about love every day. Her mother knew that the two were meant for each other the moment she met Walter:

“When I first held Julia, since she really couldn’t hear my voice, she would just smell my neck, and when I first held Walter he did almost the same exact thing. I remember looking at him and I knew he was meant to be ours.”

Everyone has a purpose. Our obstacles are in place only to strengthen our resolve to realize this purpose. These two are united in their obstacles and they are both stronger, full of love that only true friendship can bring.

If you need to see the face of God on this tragic day, you need only look at Walter and Julia, God bless them.
