Focolare is known for its small communities called “hearths.” Some members of Focolare take vows of chastity, poverty, and obedience. Also part of Focolare are married people who, faithful to their state of life and remaining to live their own family life, share the radical choice to put into practice the love of the Gospel and to live to bring about unity.
