St. Laurence Church, Wiltshire
St. Laurence is one of the few remaining Anglo-Saxon churches that bears no sign of alteration. Tradition holds that the church was founded by St. Aldhelm around 700, although some argue that it should more correctly be dated  to the 10th or 11th centuries. It is the most complete surviving Anglo-Saxon church in either period.
