Daniel
St. Daniel of Padua, whose feast is celebrated on January 3, was a Jewish convert martyred during the persecutions of Marcus Aurelius. He was nailed to a table to die from shock and blood loss in the 2nd century. Nearly 800 years later his relics were found incorrupt. Meaning "God is my judge," the name is a great reminder for any boy bearing it.
