Joseph Francis
While the name Francis means Frenchman, it flows so well with Joseph. And not only do the two 's' sounds match well, it's the name borne by some truly worthy Catholics: of course our present pope, but also the beloved St. Francis of Assisi, whose love for all God's creatures is well known, and who also created the first living Nativity scene.
