If you're a citizen of
Caracas you might find yourself rollerskating to Mass. The tradition has become so ingrained in the culture that the police cordon off the road so everyone arrives at church in one piece. Children go to sleep with a lace tied around their foot with one end hanging out of the window. As skaters zoom past they tug on the lace to wake the child up and get them to join in the fun.
