The USCCB shares a
quote from Pope Francis calling for a fast from “hurting words, complaints, bitterness.” He’s also
encouraged us to “give up useless words, chatter, rumors, gossip.” It might be hard to give up complaining when you’re pregnant, but it’s a worthy effort!
