Sofia Jirau - for her can-do attitude
This 22-year-old Puerto Rican is one of many
models with Down syndrome who have recently begun appearing on the catwalk. As she flashes a smile to the camera, Sofia not only shows everyone that you should always follow your dreams, but that her extra chromosome gives her an extra something special.
