St. Catherine of Siena
Caterina was the youngest of 25 siblings, and achieved so much in her short life. Not only did she consecrate herself to Christ and became a lay member of the Dominican Order, she also was a prolific writer and proved to be the perfect diplomat in bringing support to the papacy and Pope Urban VI. She died exhausted by her work and her strict fasting at the young age of 33.
