José - Fight for your faith
Martyred at aged 14, St. José Luis Sánchez del Rio is the epitome of bravery. As a flag bearer for the rebellion he was captured by Mexican government forces. Refusing to renounce his faith, he had the soles of his feet sliced off and was forced to walk through the town to his execution. He sang and prayed for his enemies, refusing to give in.
