When you get discouraged
Saying “yes” to one thing often means saying “no” to something else. When it comes to fitness, that “no” could be to a night out with friends, another hour of sleep in the morning, or that extra scoop of ice cream. Keeping your goal in mind will make the sacrifice feel less dramatic.
