The comfort of the uncomfortable pews
Sitting on the carefully polished hard pews is a small sacrifice to make to be in God's house. While they might be a little hard on the back -- especially as we age -- there's a certain pleasure in making our way down the aisle to slide onto a pew, especially when you're on time and have a few kids in tow!
