These things may include handles, doorknobs, light switches, cell phones, steering wheels and keyboards. Use a sanitizing wipe or spray to rid these objects of potentially harmful germs.

Keep your hands clean by washing them well and often
Adequately washing your hands takes 30 seconds with soap and water. Carry a hand sanitizer with you for when hand washing isn’t an option.

Avoid touching your face
Your hands come into contact with countless germs every day. When you touch your face you increase the possibility of illness. If you must touch your face, wash your hands thoroughly first.
Maintain your personal space
Do not shake hands, hug or allow others to touch your pregnant belly. These things put you in extremely close contact with other people, raising your chances of contracting something if they are ill or carrying an illness. Do not let your desire to protect someone’s feelings jeopardize your health.

Steer clear of groups and events
Crowds of people mean more contact with potentially infected individuals. If you cannot put a few feet in between yourself and others in public, best to opt out.

Stay home whenever possible
Limit going out into public places. Some ways that you can do this is by having your groceries delivered, stocking up on essentials to limit extra trips and cooking instead of eating out.

Create self-care routines
Make sure you are building in time to relax, de-stress, and take of yourself -- body, mind and soul -- in order to keep your stress levels low. This will help boost your immune system and overall well-being.
Make daily prayer part of your routine if you don't already. Pray for the health and protection of your own family, including your unborn child, as well as the sick and healthcare workers.
