St. Paul Outside the Walls
The Station Churches of Rome is a pilgrimage tradition credited to St. Philip Neri. On Wednesday of Holy Week, Neri and his friends would travel to visit churches around the city, including the four major basilicas of Rome, as well as the three significant minor basilicas. Holy Week would be an especially beautiful time to make this pilgrimage on your own or with a group. Church pictured is St. Paul Outside the Walls.
