Monfort Castle in Upper Galilee
Monfort Castle was founded in the 12th century in Upper Galilee as the main Crusader castle in the Holy Land. Its ruins are now located in Nahal Kziz, a nature reserve. The fertile region is crossed by a 34-mile-long stream and is home to numerous flora and fauna.
