Chartres Cathedral, Chartres, France
Known for the exquisite beauty of its exteriors, Chartres Cathedral is also home to some of the most wondrous stained glass windows in Gothic architecture. Its central rose-windows as well as panel belows host stained glass of a myriad shades of blue, purple and red resulting into ethereal blue-themed light inside the Cathedral.
