Santa Maria delle Grazie, Milazzo, Italy
In November of every year, citizens of Santa Maria delle Grazie, a town of 2,500 people near Milazzo in Sicily, get together to prepare traditional costumes for the annual living Nativity. The end result is shown to the rest of the village on January 6, the day of the Epiphany, when locals wearing handmade costumes go around town enacting the Nativity scene.
