Coriander -- Exodus 16:31
Coriander comes both whole and ground, and you may be even more familiar with the fresh leaves of the plant — cilantro. Native to the Middle East and southern Europe, coriander has been a cooking staple since ancient times and is now cultivated in many places around the world. Used extensively in curries, soups and stews, it also lends itself well to smoked meats, breads and desserts.
