"Nothing will happen to us, God willing," they claim.

This video is replete with references to God. It’s also peppered with machine-gun fire and littered with severed heads.

Vice News sent a reporter to Raqqah, in Syria, the capital of "the newests state in the world."

Yes, that would be the "Islamic State."

An IS press officer took the reporter on a drive out of Raqqah, to show him where forces of the Syrian "regime" were stationed. He explained they would be passing an area where a regime sniper was known to be activce.

"Nothing will happen to us, God willing," he said.

Part of a series on ISIS, the group that is causing so much havoc in Iraq and Syria, particularly for Christians and other religious minorities, the video goes on to show how men and boys in Syria are gleefully joining the jihadist movement that pledges to "raise the flag of ISIS at the White House."
