Playing high school sports helped him navigate through Tinsletown.

Jim Caviezel stars in the new faith-based film, "When The Game Stands Tall," inspired by a true story. Caviezel plays De La Salle High School's head football coach Bob Ladouceur.  Ladouceur won 399 games and lost only 25 times before stepping down as head coach.  He’s known as the coach who didn't put winning first, rather he inspired his players to be the best they could be.

During my interview, Jim said playing high school sports was a great blessing that's helped him navigate through Hollywood and has been a source of inspiration throughout his life.

"When The Game Stands Tall" is in theaters August 22nd.
