Addressing a packed St. Peter’s Square from his studio in the Apostolic Palace on a warm Sunday morning in Rome, the Pope thanked women who dedicate themselves to making the world a more human and welcoming place. He also expressed his gratitude especially to women who, in the home and elsewhere, bear witness to the Gospel and work for the upbuilding of the Church.
