It’s called “My Dear Dad" and features a glance into the tender moments shared by a father and his son with Down syndrome. The mission of the Jerome Lejeune Foundation USA, created in 1996 in Paris and in 2011 in the United States, is to provide research, care, and advocacy for people with genetic intellectual disabilities. It is named after Jerome Lejeune, who discovered the cause of Down syndrome and is called the "Father of Modern Genetics."
