Arranged, performed, and recorded in house — they do everything on their own.Voices of Lee are back with another strong performance. The a cappella group continues to create a rich youthful sound, powered completely by vocals.

Their new single, “No Longer Slaves,” was originally written by members of Bethel Music. In 2016, it won the Dove award for worship song of the year. It was arranged for Voices of Lee by their beat-boxer Kadison Beaver.

While the voices are the meat-and-potatoes of the group, Kadison is one of the most impressive members. Not only can he beat-box in such a way that it sounds electronic, but he also arranges music for the group, and composes original works.

The choir is lead by conductor Danny Murray, who has lead the choir for 23 years and through 9 albums. He serves as the choral director of Lee University as well as running the smaller Voices of Lee. He takes the group on tour during the off seasons of school.
